Artist Profile – Carol O’Malia

by on Mar.31, 2009, under Camera Op., Editor, PCTV, Videos

Carol O’Malia was a featured artist at the Julie Nester Gallery in Park City and I had a chance to do a video profile on her work. She paints pillows and snow using a lot of white paint, but as you will see, not much white shows up in the finished product.

Enjoy.

The last event of the 2009 Freestyle ski season, the US National Aerials at the Utah Olympic Park was full of high flying action.  My co-worker Mickey and I filmed the event for PCTV.

Park City School of Wine

by on Mar.01, 2009, under Camera Op., Editor, PCTV, Videos

I had a chance to film the Park City School of Wine during one of there classes held at the Silver Baron Lodge at Deer Valley.  The headmistress, Kirsten Fox, was so nice and allowed me to mic her for the whole lesson.  This class was comparing “Old World” wine vs. “New World” wine.  Even though I was filming, I learned a thing or two.

Enjoy.
